Pressure Sensors
LabSmith uPS pressure sensors are the only microfluidic sensors that are safe for use with a wide range of chemicals, including strong acids and chlorinated solvents. A fluorinated oil barrier protects the sensor inside its PEEK housing, making uPS sensors ideal for accurate pressure monitoring and control despite harsh or corrosive reagents.
Microfluidic Valves
uProcess automated valves and CapTite manual valves are rugged and extremely compact. The uProcess selector and injector valves are available with either Vespel® or PCTFE wetted materials for compatibility with a wide range of chemicals.
Interconnects, Fittings and Ferrules
LabSmith CapTite interconnects are pressure rated to 5000 psi (36 MPa) and available in Ultem or PCTFE for chemical compatability. CapTite one-piece fittings, vial caps and reservoirs, and ferrules and adapters are constructed from PEEK for compatibility with a wide range of reagents.
Syringe Pumps
LabSmith uProcess syringe pumps wetted surfaces consist of borosilicate glass, PTFE, and PEEK for maximum compatibility.
